I would like to have your opinion on my new workout plan: I am 28, 5' 10.5" and I weight 187 pounds and out of shape with an extended belly area.
I started the "INSANITY" workout program few days ago. But I want to build muscles as well. Since Insanity focuses on cardio and endurance, I am thinking about joining the gym. I don't know how this is going to workout, but any tips/comments would be of great help. any kinda of specific weigh lifting I can do along with the Insanity program??
I take the GNC Mega Men Sports multivitamin on a daily basis and my choice of Whey is "Gold Standard 100% Whey". Looking forward to your replies and I hope to become a good contributor soon.
