Default hack squat or leg press or both?

for those who work legs once a week,
would you do squats, hack squats, and leg press all in the same leg workout? or does that seem like way too much work?

if not, which ones would you do in the same workout? regular squats are a must, but would you suppliment them with leg press or hack squats?
i work out 6 days a week rotating between bicep day and chest day.
if you dont get a pump or DOMS, then your not building muscle
i regularly do my bicep and wrist curls in the squat rack

Honestly I don't think either of them, but just my opinion. If you are trying to up your strength I'd do squats ramping up to 80-90% then after squats I'd do ab work or glute/ham work. Generally quads seem to get strong way faster than your posterior.

I squat, stiff-legged deadlfit, hack squat, leg press, leg extension, seated leg curl, and kneeling leg curl all in one session.

I work legs once a week.

It all depends on the whole routine and volume, and ultimately your goals. Personally, I like to follow up back squats with front squats and then RDL's

It really depends on what your overall goal is for the development of your legs. But doing either squats, presses and extensions or hack squats, presses and extensions..its nice to change the order, volume, intensity...etc...it will help with the developement. Hack squats are great for adding size on your sweeps, where BB squats are more for overall developement. Also do not forget about front squats as well.

He said it pretty perfectly. IMO If your doing once a week on legs you should def up the vloume and exercises you do and it gives you the chance to have some brutal leg workouts if you want.
So you say you dont listin to the "big guy at the gym anymore" Instead you read articles and studys and go of what some science study on the internet says. Hows that working for ya? Big guy still big you still small...

My legs day looks like this:

    Squat 5x10
    Leg Press 4x10
    Stiff-Leg DL 4x10
    Calf-Raise 5x10

I've been adding extra weight to my squat every week (albeit only 2x 2.5kg plates).

I'm also consistently progressing on my other lifts, so as long as that happens, it means I'm on the right track. If I find I'm stalling, I'll first reevaluate my diet and then address the volume.
    Goal:

    700kg (1,543lbs) total

    Progress:

Here is my routine, once a week and loving it so far. I have had back problems for ever and following this entire program while working on abs everyday has just made a miraculous difference.

    Squats: 4 20, 15, 12, 10
    Leg Press: 3 15, 12, 10
    Leg Extension: 3 20, 15, 12
    Leg Curl: 4 20, 15, 12, 10
    Straight Leg Deadlifts: 3 15, 12, 10

Same here, my legs are blessed with some kind of growth faeries. They grow quickly no matter what I do to them, I Normally lay off once I start having to buy fat guy jeans and cinch them in at the waist.
