    Default Testosterone boosters

So I was wondering what the pros and cons are of taking a testosterone booster supplement. Which brands are good to look at and what kind of side affects could you have? What kind of results can you see by taking this type of supplement. Is it worth taking?

If your profile is correct and you are <20 years old then I wouldn't even worry about supplementing on a test booster, but you can find some info here: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/sup...tosterone.html

How old are you? If you are young or in your 20's - you probably will not need to take a testosterone boosting supplement.

It will also be important for you to run this past your doctor aswell. A prescribed blood test can accurately provide info with regards to your androgen levels in your body ( free, useable testosterone in particular ).

Some natural boosters such as D-Aspartic Acid are quite popular. Be cautious that a lot of test boosters on the market will also raise your body's levels of estrogen, so you will ideally want to be taking an estrogen blocker or something along those lines to prevent this ( See M&S store ).

A lot of natural test boosters on the market won't do a great deal if you already naturally have within-range or high test levels.
If you have low levels of testosterone, some natural products can provide a bit of benefit ( see the M&S store for a wide range of natural test boosters, a lot of them have reviews and ratings ).

Training hard in the gym, eating well ( enough calories and a good breakdown of the macro-nutrients ) coupled with enough rest in between training and at night asleep - should naturally elevate your testosterone levels.

I personally wouldn't bother with test boosting products, unless you know for sure you are suffering a low level of testosterone. Proper training, diet and rest will be far more effective in raising your testosterone more-so than a supplement ( a natural supplement of course ).

As for side effects, it really depends. Common side effects of increased/elevated testosterone can include, and not limited to: acne, oily skin, increased libido, greater muscular strength, muscle growth -the list can go on.

Got ya. . I was just curious about them. Wasn't really planning on taking them, but wanted to know some pros and cons and if they would be worth trying if curiosity went that far.

I am 28 years old btw.

Well IMO you are perfectly fine to take a test booster. I think anything after 25 y/o you will really start to see benefits from the product. Under that age its kind of iffy because your hormones are all over the place until your early to mid 20's.

Anyways one of the top and safest test boosters available is from EFX..called Test Charge. It is very safe and effective. No side effects and you can run it 4 weeks on and 1 week off then hop right back on again. No liver toxicity or PCT required it even comes with a 30ct Anti-A to keep everything balanced during the cycle. And the store has a great price on it as well and a lot of times has 15-20% off coupon codes if you keep an eye out.

Age wise is fine.. but what is your experience. If you have not used creatine, NO, etc. I would opt to exhaust those options first prior to starting a test booster.

    Pros:

    -Strength Gains in gym
    -Extra Endurance during workouts

    Cons:
None of this will really hurt you but I'll list anyway
    -ill temper at times
    -acne breakout
-some will cause your appetite to soar (could be a pro depending on goal)
-some will cause prostate flare up in certain individuals

If you find the right test booster, it'll be your favorite supp, but you usually have to try a few first. My favorite has been d'aspartic acid

You should actually get a routine and run it for a while before even considering a t-booster.

Mr. Big Josh lol . . I see we are going to be speaking often. .

Wasn't planning on taking any boosters. Was just curious as to the pros/cons as well as people's experience with it.

I'll stick with my NO, whey protein and creatine.

Test Charge is a poor choice for a test booster. You would be wasting your money.

Look into Bioforge V3, Dominate V1, or DAA

There have been a lot of great reviews about DAA ( D-Aspartic Acid ).

Everyone is different. I've taken DAA and have had much better results from Test Charge. DAA works but for me there are others that work better.
