    I'm bulking at moment weighed 235 dropped
    Down to 185 training for 10 months currently
    194 want to bulk till I get to 210 than maybe

    Just at a glance, consider a more complex carb than banana first thing in the morning. Your body is primed to jump on whatever it gets after that 7-hour fasting period (sleep), so make it something that can't be assimilated so easily and spike blood sugar.
