    The one..... the only..... The K MANNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes it's been awhile since i logged some stuff and since i'm getting married very soon i wanna be able to look like a sexy beast, i decided to try this good ol' product..     Mine came in today, just as i was getting ready to go for a run, since it's a bit to soon to take it i'll take my first dose tomorrow or friday, weather pending (stupid storm)

    Things to Note

    Strength: Felt pretty good today, noticed i had a good amount

    Weight: 235.8

    Body Composition: no change

    Mood: Feeling pretty tired, although i had a long night lastnight so we'll see how time goes

    Pumps: I felt great with the weights today, felt more determined

    Energy Levels: Awesome energy levels throughout the workout, good and clean

    Muscle Hardness: TBD

    Libido/Sexual Performance: Day 1, so we'll see

    And here will be my workout.... I will be doing a beginners section for a couple of weeks, i've been doing a lot of cardio training lately so my muscles will have a shock.

    Strength: 7/10 - I just wasn't there today although i didn't sleep as much as i wanted to through the day so i'm 90% sure that played a factor

    Weight: 235.8

    Body Composition: Same as before ;P

    Mood: I've been in a good mood actually, quite pleasant

    Energy Levels: 8.5/10 Although I was super tired, I had a good constant energy through the workout

    Nice, agreed on the mood elevation, one of my favorite qualities of APE. The mood elevation is different than say a preWO stim lift. A much better confidence feeling.

    i've notived that, plus i'm not crashing like with my other pre-workouts which is super important since i work nights.

    The flexibility of APE is one thing I really love. Allows for some nice performance enhancement pre late night workout with no adverse effects once you get home and in bed

    Pumps: 9.5 - Had great pumps doing biceps today, my lat pulldowns i was very cautious on as i felt some grinding in my bad shoulder probably scar tissue

    Energy Levels: 9 - Had great energy through the workout, no crash so far

    Muscle Hardness: I can feel it in my arms, my calves are starting to form very well

    Libido/Sexual Performance: Very good performance

    I'm still very sick, i tried to do some running but i nearly hacked up a lung so i walked around the lakes which is about 1.5miles and went home.. I did take my dose though but nearly nothing to report.

    thanks a bunch, im working on it; we do have a bug going around here their was 4-5 people sick from work as well plus a bunch of people i know were sick
