    Default Elbow popping

    - When did it happen and what were you doing when it happened? Last month or so
    - Where specifically is your pain? No pain, just popping at the moment
    - When in the movement does it hurt? It doesn't
    - Does the pain effect other movements too? No
    - Have you been exercising long? On and off the last 2 years
    - Have you been injured before? Knee and shoulder
    - Are you working? No
    - Are(have) you seeing anyone regarding this? Not yet
    - Age? 17

About a month ago after a tricep session (the next day) my elbow would pop whenever I would bend my arm and then straighten it again. It was just a slight pop, but happened in both arms. The tricep session included CGBP, cable pushdowns, and skullcrushers. The popping has not gone away in the last month, and only goes away if I've been working out for awhile. Is this something to be worried about? I read it might be inflamed, but I don't know how to fix it.

Is the popping or clicking on the side of the elbow rather than in the main elbow joint?
I get clicking in my elbows when I do certain tricep exercies due to the angle of the exercise, the elbows dont hurt but I would rather stay away as I dont want to cause damage.
These are Skullcrusher, close grip bench and dips.
Instead I do One Dumbbell extensions, cable pushdown/extension with V Bar, and Overhead tricep extension with rope attachment.

The popping seems to be right in the middle of the elbow, rather than the side. I was wondering if this could lead to more severe symptoms, or if I should do anything to alleviate the popping, such as joint health supplements/different foods or exercises.
