    Default Conditioning

How exactly should I do conditioning for football? I know it needs to be something that's really tough. Usually I go out 2 days a week and do sprints but I don't know there should be something else that I do. I'm a skill position player so I'm pretty quick but I don't know how to help condition myself for a football game. Any help guys? Thanks

Start with heavy squats and deadlifts, then add prowler or car pushes, sled pulls forwards and backwards, and hill sprints.

keep up the sprinting, just make sure you get down perfect form and all that. Include some high intensity interval training, where you are jogging then sprinting, jogging then sprinting, and so on at intervals. Make sure you condition your body not only by running, but also high intensity weight training workouts. Anything with explosion really helps your 40 time. Additionally, bring a friend out on the field and run drills with a ball, changing it up and making your workout more fun is a great way to stay focused
