    There is no substitute for squats. But at the very least do deadlifts till your knee is fixed.

    not bragging just trying to say i got gains with this routine you guys think that wouldn't give me gains... and agian you haven't seen my before and after pics....
    and 154lbs for my age is impressive considering i weight more then 95% of my class...

    This is an adapted Steve Reeve's Classic template I made for a trainee, who has made some great progress. It's not THE BEST EVER routine, it's just one example of an approach that is proven to work, and work better than yours.
