Im still in high school so breakfast has to be quick and easy and of course healthy.
i love peanut butter so i have 1 cup of organic oats (microwaved w/ 1 cup of water) 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter (all natural or low fat or low sugar) with frozen mixed berries and some milk. the frozen berries thaw since the oats are just cooked and cool of the oats so you can eat it quicker and get out.
if you use
1 cup of cooked oats
2 tbsps peanut butter
*i dont count the milk, i just at it for desired texture and viscosity
macros are around
21g fat, 68.5g carbs, 18.5g protein
if your cutting leave out the pb or use half a serving of low fat pb
if watching carbs use half a cup of oats
if more protein is needed just add a 1/2-1 scoop of your favorite whey (chocolate usually tastes the best)
