^^ Routine would be a good thing to post mate. Dumbbell work will help even it out, but at the end of the day achieving a close symmetry simply takes time and discipline. Keep at it and you will see a change.

Yeah the deficiency from your left to right isn't as noticeable to others as it is to you...you are YOUR OWN WORST CRITIC ! also a quick note that nobody is perfectly symmetrical and over time you may be able to "fix" your problem with one muscle being slightly larger or shaped differently then another...but at the end of the day unless you are a fitness model or body builder... its really doesn't matter.... especially if others don't notice it...again I can't really tell what your talking about from the pictures... chest looks good Bra !!! stop complaining hehe....

Its not anything that some unilateral DB flat and incline pressing during a bulk can't cure. Once you work your pecs with DBs and gain 10-15 pounds, I doubt you'll notice.

I wouldn't suggest it. I would rather see you use DBs for both sides, and stop for both when the weaker side gives out. If you only work the weaker side, you risk it becoming stronger and bigger while the other atrophies, and then you have the same issue on the other side.

Souufiane, at least you are not a girl, where it is a heck of a lot more noticable. I've never heard of it in males, but I guess I wouldn't have been "listening" to hear about it. I do know that more than 50 % of woman have asymmetrical breasts...myself included. My left is a lot smaller than my right, which i hope to fix someday! I'll probably finally let myself get breast implants when i'm in my freaking 80s! (..but then i can show everyone..the mailman, the milkman, etc., and just pretend i'm senile). lol.

We have already suggested solutions and you have chosen not to listen.
    • Use DBs
    • Gain some mass. Your chest is in its very infant stage of growth.
    • Be patient
    • Under no circumstance train your weak side and neglect your dominant side.
    • Again, be patient.
