Short and sweet; I've been asked to dress as Conan for an up coming halloween party. I've had to start training at home for financial reasons, however my equipment is pretty limited.
I have an olympic bar and about 250 lbs in plates as well as a standard bar and bench with about 200lbs in plates.
I'm not looking to be Arnold, or even the new guy (whatever his name is) especially since I'm only 5'7"
What I'm looking for is a routine that can help me get ready to be shirtless in front of a pretty large group of people
Due to time constraints, I can train seriously 3 days a week, maybe four if I'm lucky.
Any suggestions would be great.
