    Default Tighten obliques and love handles

    I'm in a cutting phase and seeing great results in my abs and muscle tone. But one area i see a problem still is my obliques and love handles on lower sides of my back. Is there some exercises i can add to my routine to really hit these areas to help tighten them up? Thanks for any help.

    I've seen this across the forums. Not to stress about love handles and the midsection in general because that will be the last thing to come around. Keep at what you are doing.

    Well, while you can't target the fat burning there, more core work is always good. If you aren't already, you should be doing lots of heavy compound exercises like deadlifts, squats, cleans, the works. Anyone that tells you those don't work your core is full of it. Additionally, rowing is good for your core, and ring training is absolutely amazing. Pretty much anything that engages your whole body will help you a lot.
