IDK Cleep, we got the mid-range queen size mattress with the base, and protection cover and it was about $2,500.

    Week 2 Session 2: 60 minutes

    Squat:
    warmup 15x45
    12x135
    12x155
    10x185 +1

    BB BOR:
    warmup 15x45
    12x135
    9x150 +1
    8x165

    BTNP:
    warmup 15x45
    12x95
    10x105 +2
    9x110 +1
Not gonna lie this was tough! I fully expected to get +2 on the 110 but I had to fight for the 9th rep

    BB flat bench:
    warmup 15x45
    12x135
    12x155
    9x175 +1
That extra rep was tough too! But I lost my arch and tightness in my back. Had real good leg drive on the 155 set and they were buttah.

    BB curls:
    9x80 +1
    9x80 +1
    9x80 +1

    Chest dips:
    BW 5x10 +2

    Standing calf raise:
    20x135 +3
    20x135 +3
    20x135 +3
Weight is too light so +3 across the board and add weight on Sunday.

    Abs:
    Roman chair leg raise
    BW 2x19 +2 total

Lat tower cable crunch 80lbs 2x18 +2 total

Rating 9/10. Minus 1 for missing my BTNP goal reps. No complaints about the rest of the workout. Squats are really working my quads

Nice work, don't worry about missing the BTNP goal, you should progress rather quickly with them like CLEEPER did, and I seem to be. Also, have you considered giving yourself 90-120 seconds between sets? Thay may allow you to move more weight.

    How's that mattress?

Thanks Vin. I'm not worried about it. I know, other than squats, that my mid and rear delts are my weak spots. This routine will hopefully bring them up to speed. Once the weights get a little higher I will start increasing the rest time as needed.
No opinion either way yet on the mattress. I think it may take up to a week before you actually notice much.

Dont sweat missing that +2 on bhtnp. You did it on the middle set which makes the final set harder. Now you know where to build from on that weight.

Its going to get to where you will need longer rest periods between sets to continue to progress. Thats ok though, push that weight and dont worry about time so much.

Doing good Rich, Bhtnp will come with time. I built up pretty quick on this move by just doing it.

    Great workout here.

I'm assuming the " + " with the number next to your weight is signalling progression from the previous week?

Yes sir the program is set up to increase one rep per exercise per session. I am only into the second week and still trying to dial in my "working" weights, so a few progressions are +2, +3, etc. But I am really close now I think

I think it's so great that the BTNP is making such a big comeback. Any reps above 8 on that lift is always murder. I found my strength got zapped really fast, similar to lateral raises.

Real pleased you are making yourself at home with the routine Rich

Sent a rep but could not put reason from my phone.

You will win this challenge, your a pusher and that's what it takes to do this routine. Don't settle for losing reps . It will happen sometimes but get them back on your next session

Thanks Cleep! There's no fun in it being easy. Getting ready to head to the gym now to crush somethin'

    Week 2 Session 3: 65 minutes

    Squat:
    warmup 15x45
    12x135
    12x155
    11x185 +1
Depth continues to get better each session!

    Deads:
    5x215 +10lbs
    5x255 +10lbs
    5x295 +10lbs

    BTNP:
    12x95
    12x105 +2
    12x110 +3
Going up in weight next week on sets 2 and 3. Think I will leave set 1 the same, or should I bump all 3 by 5 lbs and drop back to 8 reps on all 3 and start the 1 rep progression?

    Flat BB bench:
    12x135
    12x155
10x175 +1 When does 175 feel like 260? Right here haha!

    BB curls:
    10x80 +1
    10x80 +1
    10x80 +1

    Chest dips:
    3 sets AMAP
    BWx24
    BWx14
    BWx11
    Total 49 -1
Thought I would try the 3 sets AMAP today just for fun.

    Standing BB calf raise:
    15x175 +40lbs
    15x175 +40lbs
    15x175 +40lbs

    Abs:
    Roman chair leg raise
    BW 2x20 +2 reps total

    Planks
    BW 2x60 seconds

Rating 10/10. Good session today. Seems like BTNP are a little easier following deads vs. following BOR's. Progression everywhere except dips so I am happy with today's work.

Thanks Vin! I was going down in the hole controlled, pausing for just a second, then exploding up as best as a geezer can. It is killing me haha. I need to get a vid to compare depth from earlier.

Thanks Cleep this routine is really challenging! Makes you dig on every set of every exercise. I'll take your advice on the BTNP and up all 3 sets.
