I can tell you will be one proud papa when your daughter graduates!!

Solid lifting Joe, especially considering the constraints of limited time and equipment. Nice work supersetting with Goblets as well!! I think doing so helps with form on the back squats
My favorite part of lifting is having the opportunity

squats are definetly my achilles heel..between being old, inflexable, and bad knee's it will be a long ongoing process

Had a great time in Lubbock with my daughter, this time next yr she will be a college graduate
Nice pull up Joe, step by step...

Great workout man! You do fasted training correct? Did my first one today due to schedule change. It went well, might do it all the time, is that what you are doing? I went back and found a workout where you said fasted training, but not recently, so are you still doing it or not anymore?

1 arm underhand grip tricep extensions....25/10...25/10...25/10

Good workout. Went lighter on CGBP and widen my grip a bit and no shoulder pain. On side laterals and flys went really slow and deliberate, burnt like hell..3hrs 45min till
burnt like hell -->>YES!!! no shoulder pain I like the singles, I always baby out and go down in weight when it's really a struggle. I'll need to keep the idea in my mind to do singles (duh!) Great session Joe!

13 May - AM fasted training - crazy chest day

    Incline Bb bench...45/20....135/6...175/5...225/1....225/1...215/2...205/2...195/3....185/5....185/4....135/11
    BB Bench press....95/12....145/10...195/3....195/1...175/6...175/5
DB incline fly, superset with DB Incline press...35/8,8.......45/8,8.......50/6,2 ( nothing left)
Standing cable chest press.....was not in lbs just plates( not free weight plates, small weight on most nautilus equip....8plates/10reps...10plates/10reps...12plates/10reps
    Standing Cable flys....5plates/10....8/10...8/8

just wanted to do something different and to really work chest. was quite the workout and was happy with it. 225lbs on Incline matches best, still unable to rep it more than once and 195lbs on bench might be PB since i screwed shoulder..no time to check logs or be on today,,,will check em all tomorrow
