Default Thoughts? Opinions? On the HIML-4 Workout!

Just saw this workout and thought it looked like a pretty interesting approach. I figure I might give this a go sometime in the future!
Anyone interested in it? Have any opinions or thoughts on it?

It's the newest workout added to this site if your trying to find it.

I dont really like it personally, not really my style. But it will probably work. I prefer full body style routines.

I'm not a big fan of machines, especially the Smith, but I understand why he's incorporating them into the routine. I like how he allows for lots of rest time - basically take what you need, but not any more than that. Secondly, I like how he does not have deadlifts every week. It's real tough to deadlift every week. I also like how he does not have deads on the pre-exhaust week. I think doing deads or squats after pre-exhausting is for advanced guys only - I really like how he uses machines after pre-exhausting - much safer for many guys.
My favorite part of lifting is having the opportunity

I just finished the whole routine and I think it worked pretty well; when I started week 1 again I was able to move up in weight for every exercise. I'm still a newbie when it comes to weightlifting so as far as critiquing all the details of HIML-4 I don't have much to offer but I felt like the first month of it was pretty effective.

Default Thoughts? Opinions? On the HIML-4 Workout!

I'm just about to complete week 1 today. I don't usually go for this type of work out but thought I would to shock my body and give it some new exercises. My workouts are normally 4 day split keeping it heavy each week changing barbell to dumbbell and putting drop sets in. To be honest I was not really seeing results with that so though I would give it a different approach and came across this workout along with my new meal plan I'm hoping to see good results. I'll keep you posted on how I get in with weeks 2,3 and 4. Also, I have this in excel format for those wishing to give it a go. Inbox me and I can e-mail the file if you wish.
