Thought i'd share a recipe for the protein bars i make, they honestly feel like a cheat they taste that good . I Originally found the recipe on youtube so i dont take credit for it! haha
There's no cooking involved either thankfully!
7 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup of oats
3 table spoons of peanut butter (chunky works well, gives them a crunch)
3 tablespoons of honey
1/2 cup of low fat milk
stick it all in a bowl, mix it up and mould them into bars, depending on the size of your bars depends how many you get. I usually get around 10 out of this mix. Stick them in the fridge for a few hours then enjoy!
Unfortunately i cant remember the P/C/F ratio but i'm sure you could work it out
