The whole session looks great Collin! Keep those reps to triples on the cleans and your golden. How do you rate the fun factor on them? I think they are one of the funnest lifts.

    OHP is pretty hench there.

    Squat -o -clock FTW!

The leg session on wednesday whooped my as*! Really enjoyed myself with this session. Hip was a little tight going in but loosened up well. Thanksgiving was tons of turkey which I think helped me destroy back/trapz today. The Pendlays and OA BB Rows are coming along nicely. Stoked about breaking the 600 pound barrier on shrugs. Forearm/grip is pretty smoked right now. Chest/tri tomorrow afternoon. Hope everyone had a great holiday and a good weekend!

Fantastic lifting Collin - those shrugs really standout tho - congratz on such a heavy duty power shrug. I am sure the bar was bending alot!!

Goblets are also awesome in every sense of the word. Great work buddy!!

Thanks Rich and legs were toast my friend! Hoping heavy shrugs aid me in getting my deadlift back up. Versagripped up and the ROM was pretty good. Bar was off the rack whole time. Feelin' it today man.

Thanks Jim!! Really enjoy the goblet squatz, great finisher for my leg day. Getting a little difficult to get into position but all good.

Continuing the work on the paused benching. Tightness through the lifts seems to be getting better. 120 Ripp crushers were tough, will probably keep weight here the same next week. Will get dips to 3 sets of 20 next week then add weight. Really stoked and ready to start a new week. Deadlifts first on the agenda!!

Not sure how you can count so high on those dips!! Haha. Your also a brave man for doing such heavy skullcrushers - be careful not to crush your skull.

Had a good training week last week but my ex had a conference all week so I had the kiddos which took up most of my free time, reason I couldn't post. Back to more normal this week so all good. Deads felt great but after that 365 single back/hip was a little off so dropped back to 335. The GM's and RDL's felt awesome on my back and hams, stretch was good and will go up with weight on both next week. Great start to the week, shoulder/bi's this afternoon.
