Today's workout was:
Bench press 7 X 3-4 255 lbs
Incline bench press 7 X 3-4 185
Close grip bench press 7 X 3-4 205
Crunch machine + hanging leg raise super-set 4 X 15
I didn't feel that strong today, and performed a bit lower than my expectations, but overall not a horrible day. I will be following up with either a 20 minute HIIT jog or 30-45 minute steady state jog.
