    I am liking it quite a bit..not following the leg routine but everything else is according to program. Here is a link to Zerchers

    OK, I am back. been busy as hell at work, kid being home from college for spring break and just a bunch of crap that comes along ever so often, that test your resolve. Have kept up my workouts but don't really want to go back a week and post them all up. So will start again today.
