So I done a lot of thinking and decided to change up my routine. I'm a fan of old school routines as you see by the name of my log.
The routine I found is a lot like the reeves in the way progression is done. Its slow and steady so less aches and pains should be the result.
The program was a Steve Shaw original that was Stole by this other web sight but after some discussion with Steve on a few changes to it, this is what I come up with

    http://www.fitnessandpower.com/train...pburn-method/3

In place of 3x6 dead lifts it will be barbell rows.
In place of 6 x2 dead lifts I will use rack pulls.

All else will be as seen in link.

Going to my mom and dads for a little while , will start when I get home

Well if you remember I was doing a power day and a hypertrophy day.
This is not so different, the last program was not suppose to be gvt. It was 4 x 8, this is close to that.

I jUST like this style of progression. You don't burn out as fast

It's good to change your routine, especially if you feel you need it. I like the look of the old school strength program, let us know how you get on with it! Not been in here for a while, but looks like you're still moving forward and doing good. Keep up the great work!

Is that 2 sets @ 6 reps, or 2 reps for 6 sets? I assume it's the former. Good work either way!

What makes you think you know what I eat? I never discuss my meals on here
Your post implied that my nutrition was lacking or that i should eat that (meaning eat more) ((Or what i picked up from it saying eat some more)). When in reality i eat quite a bit for someone 175 pounds around 3300 kcals. around 400g of carbs and 250g protein and the rest from fat. (around 65-70g)
