    Usually weight training 3 times a week and I aim for 4 days cardio.

    Monday=back
    Thuesday= chest,abs
    Wednesday= legs
    Thursday= shoulders
    Friday=arms
    Saturday= rest or whole body
    Sunday= rest

    so people can say opinion for my training spilt ?

    I lift Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat, and do cardio Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri.
