Saturday/ Sunday and I have to squeeze in either tues/wed/thurs. I hate my work schedule but I drive a truck so it's a Miricle for me to even get the time off at all

A little something every day. Upper body 2x/week. Treadmill 1-2x/week. Bike 1-2x/week. Tai Chi 1-2x/week. I try to stay busy with a little bit of something every day, otherwise I'll get too lazy. I even do some push-up's in the back stairwell at work sometimes!

I usually do a 2 days on and 1 day off and sometimes there's a 3 day once in a while as well and just do my workouts when they come and end up being on any of the days of the week, but there are usually 2 days off in there somewhere.
now for the trend of the gyms for the most part
sat-not too crazy one of the slower days of the week but if they come usually usually early in the morning
sun-very slow and probably slowest day in the gym
mon-now this is the busiest day on the gym and for most PART considered "BIG CHEST MONDAY" and the day that most feel guilty about missing the weekend and show up in drives
tues-still pretty busy and would rank this 2nd busiest day
wed-starting to decline through the week as you get closer to sat, but still usually next and can come back and do chest/arms again after tues off
friday-probably slowest weekday but most get in early to get their pump on for going out at night and hey you can do chest and arms again
think that about sums up the general gym movement

Used to be Monday, Wednesday, Friday, but Mondays are really busy at work, so I was having to jam my longest workout day into my smallest wedge of free time.
I switched to Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and it's been going great.
Mon-Fri Currently, then Ill switch it up to m-t-th-f

Heh Monday is my chest and tri day too... wtf?! Sunday being bic and back day, while the gym overall is probably 1/3 busy on Sunday compared to Monday, the free weights room is just as busy,... sigh
