it says if you work a muscle so hard to the point of risking injury it forces hyperplasia.

Ohh.. So if I bend my arm in a way it doesnt so much to a point of almost breaking it, it makes the ligaments and bone stronger too eh?

maybe injury was the wrong word.

    extreme overtraining to force hyperplasia.

It a bicep warriors wet dream of an article. backed up by no science (actually says the current science behind lifting is wrong). made by some kid...

    BS bascially.

I'm kind of glad you posted this. It is difficult for some young guys to simply look away. Promises of something great is always alluring. The content of the post is written by Rob Maraby. If something seems too good to be true, then simply Google the guy's name and you'll quickly run into a reality check.

No, but I have enough bodybuilding knowledge to know they're crap . He has you eating 10,000 calories a day, while on his "Massive Growth" page he says the diets could starve most people. The workouts are up to 6 times a day, 6 times a week, an hour each time. He also suggests you drink some weight gainer shake called 'Mammoth 2500' a few times a day, which has 160 grams of maltodextrin in it
    loll
