Default How to not lose muscle while running?

Ok so I pretty much do heavy running(Soccer) for about 1.5 hours everyday.when i run i feel my heart rate goes up alot.I usually do my running at around 5PM and workout at around 10PM so there is a time difference.

My question is how I prevent my muscle loss and actually promote fat loss(since i actually need to lose some fat) while doing this?

I take 2 Recreate pills and one Omega Cuts pill before running and one anabolic pump pill and one omega cuts pill before my workout and of course 30g of whey isolate after.I do try to drink fat free milk throughout the day to prevent muscle loss.

Is the stuff I take good or what should i take instead?(please no steroids or anything with a major side effect)

    Welcome to the forum.

The crucial thing is closely tracking your diet.
Failing to track your diet, ie calories and macronutrients, will most likely result in some issues, such as muscle wastage and/or fat-gain.

Supplement wise, you shouldn't look too much further than what you are taking.

The actual diet is what is of the greatest importance, so try getting it sorted out.

Lifting and tracking your diet as stated by Scrutiny is key. Having an idea of your BMR will guide you to what your calorie intake should look like. I found Nutrition For Beginners to be a brilliant tool in helping me understand the diet side.

Get your diet in order by using the link I posted. Milk, a protein shake, and one meal a day is simply ridiculous.

I hear that taking L-Glutamine whilst performing cardio helps to maintain much of your muscle mass.

    Good luck.

heavy cardio is high intensity, that will burn muscle. As everyone said above, diet is key! get your diet right, eat enough to cover the burnt calories so your muscles dont burn away.

as for the glutamine post above, ive read numerous times that glutamine doesnt do anything.
