What's up guys,
So I have just recently finished the p90x workout. I just wanted to see how it would improve my strength. However, this program kinda worked but I feel that the results are not enough to what I expected.
First of all, I want to gain more muscle. I barely have that as you can see haha. I did improve on some aspects of training but not as much as I wanted to.
At first I couldn't do pull ups but now I can only do about 10. What is wrong here??? Idk what I can do to improve on that part!!!!!
So I need help on trying something new. I can lift max 35 LBS. (Barbell).... I can bench 115... But I feel I am not getting anywhere. I drink protein after my work out. I try to eat as much as I can. (I have a fast metabolism)
I need advice on what I should do.
What does "thanks for the rep" mean?? I have been seeing that on many peoples profiles? Random question..I am still kind of new to this site.
