Mc D's would be my fave of the guilty pleasure choices. But after watching Supersize my Life for the frist time, I am not sure when I would eat it again.
Moe's (like a Baja Fresh or Chipotle) is my decent meal in a pinch place of choice.

My favorite on the list - McDonalds just because it is highly accessible and truly fast.
My favorite not on the list - Chick-fil-a, #7 combo (chargrilled chicken sandwich, wheat bun, lettuce tomate, side salad, unsweet tea) Great deal, fresh, and fast.
Least favorite - Subway, used to work there. Know whats in it, not impressed with a sandwich.

Non-cheat: Chik Fil-A Grilled Chicken Sandwich on Wheat and bowl of Torilla Soup: 520 cals, 48g protein, 62g carbs, and 9g fat. Not bad for chain fast food.
