There many posts here from guys about protein drinks/supplements etc but what do you guys recommend for us females?
There are many protein drinks that are directed particularly for women but are there brands out there that should be used as a preference?
I have concerns whether I'm taking a 'meal replacement' and therefore shouldn't be eating when I have my protein drink or whether this is just helping me after my workout??
Is there any supplements that you'd recommend as a 'must be having'?
