Would it be advisable to alternate between Bulk and Cut every month? Would I see any results in body shape, or would I tend to stay the same?
I've been trying to bulk in the last weeks. I increased size but it all seems fat to me. So I want to cut and compare myself with the previous me and see if I can notice any difference in lean mass.
Another question, do I need cardio to cut fat? Wouldn't an intense workout, pretty much the same that I do now, with a 500 caloric deficit be enough?
