Looks like you're right in the average to me, at 15 my arms were about 13.5. But I didn't lift then.

Yea I would say that is average. When I was in high school most people were between 12 and 14, there was the odd 15 there.. Then the fat kids.. and then me and my buddy with 16s.

Tensed of course. You can eventually eye-ball how big somebody's flexed arm is by what it looks like relaxed.

I think I was 15 there, didn't really train. Just did workouts every now and then, which is why I put my experience as 2-3 years instead of 3-4.

Ill try to find some pictures of when I was younger.

Even had biceps at 15, wish I had started lifting younger . You obviously have gifted genetics. Plus a lot of hard work in.

Edit: k I'm done brown nosing now, time to go lift and grow...

I had biceps at 11, just gonna find the pictures. My only regret is doing muay thai because I hurt my knee.. And not starting earlier and doing it properly, I hope that one day my son will receive the same gift and have an interest in lifting weights.

thats pretty good im 19 yrs 6 feet and been devoted to lifting for a year or two an mine are about the same size, chances are if your arms are smaller your ectomorph and will have an easy time losing fat so there an up side, not much a point comparing if you know what you want to improve theres always going to be some hulk muthaf**ka with the girth of your arm size

I dont care how tall or how ripped u are u can not have 16 inch biceps at a bodyweight of 135. Either it was dark and u were actually measuring ur leg or u went round twice cos i smell BS.

Nope, 184 pounds. Your wish if you want to believe it or not. Just measured them with a tape measure and this is what I got.
