    Default tight bicep

I worked out for the first time in 1-2 years on my biceps and now one of them is extremely tight. As a result, when I go stretch it out it hurts. What should I do to losen up the muscle as quickly as possible?

Sounds like you're just sore from lifting, iv just worked chest yesterday for the first time in a month and a half and it hurts something terrible when I stretch or flex.

Ooh DOMS, just give it time and wait for it to ease up a bit; base your next arm workout on how the arm feels and if necessary lighten the load a bit

When I feel sore it's usually the I've been hit with a baseball bat sore (or cricket bat sore). His "tight bicep" is something I feel in my biceps sometimes. It feels like a coil has been overwound inside of my arm, like it's in a permanent contraction, but usually relaxes in a day or two.
