Default Best Exercises to Cut/Shape Chest

Which are the best exercises to shape/cut chest after doing bench press and also burn fat around the chest region ?

    Is it pullovers ?

My chest has grown big with bench press, flyes, cable crossovers and pec dec but i am not happy with the shape.

Yep you can not control or lift a certain way to change shape. You can lift as heavy, and as musch as you want but the shape is what it is.

Losing fat around the chest is all down to your diet, but when dieting in a calorie deficit state, its virtually impossible to build muscle. So you have to decide which you want first, build the chest or lose the fat.

No. The shape of your chest is predetermined by genetics, and there's no such thing as movements that hit "inner" or "outer" chest. And for the record, pullovers are really a back exercise, with very little involvement of the chest at all. -EK

Not to sound like an a-hole, but if you are taking the time to post a question, wouldnt it be an idea to actually read the answers before you post again

Yeh.... REAL tired. The worst thing is whenever it is answered the answers are ingnored unless you say 'yeh do flys for inner, inc for upper, decline for lower, flat for main part and pullovers for the outer and you will be fine' lol

Pullovers work the serratus anterior muscles in the initial part of the movement and the back in the second part of the movement. There is very little involvement of the pectorals.

As has been said already, there is no way to isolate any part of the chest. Dips are an excellent exercise along with pressing and fly movements but none of them target a specific part of the chest.

For triceps yes. For inner chest no. The fibers of the pectoralis run in to out, not up and down, thus they can not be isolated, nor can the stress be shifted from one area to another. -EK
