    Default my shoulders are too small for my body... how can i fix this?

    i havent been doing many shoulder exersizes and my bicepts look slightly larger than my shoulders.. how can i fix this before it ends up looking silly as i get stronger?

    You have to train the body as a whole, or like you mention, you cause muscle imbalances. You can perform less training on the biceps just to maintain their size (not build) and train the shoulders to bring them up.

    lol, is that a serious question? I haven't been training shoulders. What can I do for shoulders? wut
