    Default Exercise routine to tone and increase muscle mass

    Hello everyone! I've been working with a couple of routines
    for 4 months, I began to notice improvement prince in
    my body, but once you make the second routine,
    I began to lose weight instead of increasing significantly
    weight, which is my goal. I would like
    know what kind of routine should I follow if my goal is
    increase my muscle mass and tone. Additionally, if I need to drink some type of protein, and what type of protein is recommended

    Well, first of all, what kind of routines are they? Because, different routines will yield different results. Second, you could be losing weight because of your diet. If you're not taking in enough calories per day, then you WILL NOT gain a pound. As far as the protein goes, most people go with whey protein. Go to the store on this website and check out MGN pure isolate, it's what a lot of people use on here.
