    Default flexing stomach

    i've heard from a couple friends that keeping your stomach flexed throughout the day or as much as you can will help develop your abs. anyone know if this is true?

    Keeping your core tight while working out does help develope your abs, but unless you are doing physical labor I highly highly doubt it will do anything to help you.

    it will definitely strengthen ur core but i dont knpw about gettin abs

    I highly doubt flexing all the time will do anything to your Abs, but it'll help showing them off!

    wont make them bigger - but doing ab vaccums will make them stronger and help keep your stomach pulled in so you may lose a little size around your waist and look a little leaner.

    might even help with your posture if that is an issue
