Well my parents are finally letting me lift weights, mostly so I can become stronger for football and baseball. I have numerous dumbbells at home (2's, 8's, 15's, 20's, 30's, 40's, and 50's) and no gym membership. I do pushups, close grip pushups, chinups, pullups, crunches, situps, and bodyweight squats every morning with my older brother (hes a high school football player) and id like to continue doing these. Does anybody have a tip on a routine? Since I'm young most people on here say I should stick to a beginner workout but I've already been doing 1 and 2 sets per exercise type workouts and I think im ready to move up. Any ideas?
