Hello!! I have a problem that I thought I could figure out on my own but I realized it's harder than I thought!! Here's the situation. I am 22 years old & I been that skinny guy since forever. About 7 months ago I started taking this shake twice a day & going to the gym 3-4 times a week!! I'm still skinny but my belly is huge & I hate it!! 7 months ago I use to weight 125 & now I am 150... With most of the weight in my belly. I been running, doing sit ups, & the ab machine at the gym but my huge belly is still there! I have a six pack but it's hiding behind all the fat! I been reading diet is the answer but what exactly should I eat to lose the fat. Can someone please help!!!
