    Default Help!! Another skinny guy with a belly.

    Hello!! I have a problem that I thought I could figure out on my own but I realized it's harder than I thought!! Here's the situation. I am 22 years old & I been that skinny guy since forever. About 7 months ago I started taking this shake twice a day & going to the gym 3-4 times a week!! I'm still skinny but my belly is huge & I hate it!! 7 months ago I use to weight 125 & now I am 150... With most of the weight in my belly. I been running, doing sit ups, & the ab machine at the gym but my huge belly is still there! I have a six pack but it's hiding behind all the fat! I been reading diet is the answer but what exactly should I eat to lose the fat. Can someone please help!!!

    Yep, 1st thing ya need to do is get your diet sorted out. Lots and lots of info here to get you started in the right direction, and keep you there.

    lol no I don't drink any beer!! I was drinking Herbalife bulk and muscle formula protein & herbalife healthy meal nutritional shake.

    Though I am not really familiar with these supplements - but looks very strange that all the fat you put on was around your belly.

    The problem that I see with your approach is that you didn't do plenty of weight training while taking this "bulking supplement".
    End result = the bulk was all fat.
    And it came right where you didn't want = belly.

    Do one thing - take up a good weight training program, and wean your self off this supplement business. Suppliments are for SUPPLIMENTING the food. They cannot replace the food.

    almost all of the weight gainers scare me. If you take them as suggested, usually, its just too many calories to be dumping in your stomach at once... if i'm wrong thinking that way someone please chime in.

    Also, they say that when you hit 25 your metabolism starts to really change and not in your favor. Being 22 yrs old, it could also be possible that your metabolism has isn't exactly what it was a couple years ago. welcome to getting older.
