awesome workout Jim, the depth on the squats is fantastic, you really are a pleasure to watch Once you go deep you never go back

I think you should definitely up the weight on the BBB sets now buddy if you have got 15 in you in the last set !!!

Great to see no box too, you will definitely benefit if you speed the descent up a little and use the bounce to power your hips up out of the hole.... great squatting squatter

Great squatting Jim. Just remember that at our age, the cougars are readying for retirement.

    Perfection.

I have to admit, I think if you get the right depth, remove as much lower back as possible and work your legs beyond the point of failure then I think there's no problem with the squat as long as it's done pretty much right!Although few people seem to be able to do it even slightly right. The right depth is just the start...!

    Awesome work as always Jim.

Thanks so much Doug. Even though I have been squatting for many years, I still haven't perfected it, but I feel I am close now. This is why I am becoming even more hooked on them. I am going to be doing Dead Start Zercher Squats after my Push Pressing Monday AM. I cannot wait!!
