Default BCAA - Powder vs Caps

    Hi everyone,
Just curious as to whether or not a BCAA powder is more benefitial to the capsules or vise-versa

This is the first time i am going to start taking BCAA's as well as glutamine and i would like to know what you all think..

I take the pills simply because the powder tastes awful, and I mean really awful! I'm not aware if there is any significant advantage taking one over another.

    I'd go for the pills.
BCAA powder smells and tastes nasty

I've taken both and find them equally fine. There is no real disadvantage to the powder if you mix it will a strong protein shake (chocolate mint for example) otherwise it is nasty >_< I'd take the capsuls too (and I do now since they are way cheaper and I don't spill)

Personally id man up and take the powder as its literally half the price of the caps.

LG BCAA + EAA is a great tasting BCAA supp.
