    Default sauna before lifting?

    i was advised to sit in the sauna until i start to sweat (ive been sittin in there for ten minutes) before i do my ten minute cardio before lifting. what is the advantage of doing this?

    Dont use a sauna before training as this could dehydrate you..

    Sauna before lifting, baaaaaaaaaad idea, and not just because of the dehydration aspect that Doug raises.

    oh ok i did not know that. ive been doing it for the past two weeks and it hasnt seemed to cause any problems. i dont stay in there for very long but i wont do it from now on.
