    Question Suggested workout plan & diet for an Endomorph

    My body type is mostly Endomorph.
    Im 195lbs and 5'10, 22 years old.
    What would be the best type of workout schedual for me?
    Also how many cal's should I injest to build muscle but cut down
    my body fat percentage (also how much fat, carbs, protein, fiber,ect)

    not sure if you've read this or not but it's very informative on each of the body types should be doing. http://www.muscleandstrength.com/art...e-are-you.html

    you can't really build up and cut at the same time. one requires you to eat more food and the other requires you to eat less. focus on one at a time.

    if you're just starting out you should be doing whole body workouts so that you know how to do all the exercises.

    also cardio is important. do it at least 3 times per week.

    watch food intake to make sure fat is kept low.

    if you want your BF then post up your height, waist, wrist, weight and our gorgeous resident Doug will find out for ya. :P

    Llike delaroche said, you should work out what you want to do first, lose fat or build muscle. Then just focus on that.
