I have been doing weighted side bends along with other ab exercies in order to reduce my waistline. I am doing a moderate weight routine and cardio twice a day in order to lose wight. I am using PCF 50, 30, 20 and have built up my daily diet to six meals per day.
I read an entry on the forum the other day that said weighted side bends are no good for you and that infact that they can make your waist bigger.
I know that it's all about opinions but as I am new to this forum I am now confused as to wether or not to drop this routine.
