Default I need an alternative to the leg press.

I am not longer working out where I will be able to do leg presses. So, should I just do squats? Or, is there another exercise that I should put in place for leg presses?

    Thanks

you should already be doing squats. to replace leg press, you could try lunges or leg extension, not exactly the same as leg press but both are good exercises you could do

Agreed, Leg Extensions or lunges are the best replacement. 45 Degree Leg Press really hammers the Squads, as do Extensions. Lunges more or less.

    Lunges are a great exercise
As the others have stated you should most defiently have some form of squat in your leg routine, whether its Dumbells or Barbells.

Since the Leg press is a compound exercise i'd be looking to replace it with another compound exercise, in this case Lunges, and/or squats.
    Consistency is the key

First and for most, YOU SHOULD ALREADY BE DOING SQUATS. They should be the primary exercise in your leg routine. If they are not you are selling yourself short. In other words, squats should be the cornerstone of your leg routine.
Second, if you need a replacement for the leg press, front squats may be a valid option. Lunges, i guess could also be a good replacement.

Sorry, I guess I misstated it. I am already doing squats as a main leg exercise. I just needed an alternative to the leg press.

    Thanks for all the help.

    Check out the Wall Squat

I think this is close to the leg press.

Front squats or hack squats with a barbell. Front squats would be my choice. -EK
