    Nice one ! Monitor total body fat and fat free mass, keep a diary

    Your last one on 5/6/14 you have gained 8lbs, you have lost 9.55 lbs of fat and gained 17.55 lbs of fat free mass, good training and good diet ;-)

    Thanks! I have just been going off my scale which uses electrical impedance to measure bodyfat and it's says I've stayed exactly the same. Though my eyeball says I've leaned up I was still estimating myself at around 22%

    My diet is fairly straight forward. Less carbs. A lot less sugar. More vegetables, more meat. Simple.
    Weight 210 -> 190
    Best gym lifts
    Bench 155 -> 270 -> 290
    Squat 175 -> 345 -> 395
    Deadlift 205 -> 410 -> ?
    Overhead press 135 -> 175 -> 205

    Your body fat percentage = 15.5%
    Your total body fat = 32.70 lbs
    Your fat free mass = 178.30 lbs
