Started cutting this week. I realized that even though my goal is to get big I noticed that even if was getting big in the right places I didn't like the fat in the midsection. I got my diet in check, kept the power, muscle, burn routine going, and added some MP Shred Matrix to the mix and have lost 5 lbs and a little over half an inch since Sunday. I see a difference already and feel better. My goal is to get drop about 3% by Sept 7th. That would give me 12% BF loss in 12 months.

    Time for a check up:

    Height - 76 inches
    Weight - 263 pounds
    Waist - 43.5 inches
    Wrist - 7.5 inches

    Thank you

    Hi, From the measurements above,

Your body fat percentage = 12.4%
Your total body fat = 17.73 lbs
Your fat free mass = 125.27 lbs

Use the daily calorie requirement calculator in the tools section at the top, right, of the page. If your goal is to lose fat you will just end up a skinnier version of yourself. Your goal should be to increase muscle size from your current 125 lb of fat free mass. 1700 calories would be too great a deficit for you. For muscle building you would require approx 2800 - 2900 calories per day, and for fat loss approx 1900 - 2000 calories per day
