    Looks like I must have stuffed up one of the conversion from metric measurements did it on a good site with metric and results were 8.2 % body fat which has cut the previous results months ago by half (18.2 % your results)
    perhaps I didn't convert the cm to inches and or pounds/kg something obviously was askew
    (I have done some serious cutting in the last few months time to add much more lean muscle now tried to do it whilst maintaining it)

    Hi, Perhaps purchase an imperial measurement cloth tape measure and check the 29.5" waist and 6.75" wrist to check the measurements

    As my charts only use imperial measurements, please provide all measurements in imperial rather than metric measurements, this makes it easier for me to arrive at a calculation. Thanks

    Possible reasons...

    (a) you havent got adequate abdominal musculature
    (b) you store bodyfat around the middle
