    Default Muscle Asymmetry

I have imbalance (one side more muscle than other) in my chest and back, any advice on how to correct? using DB rather than BB. If anyone has had previous experience with this problem I'd be grateful to hear your methods of fixing this. I don't know whether to be just using DB or whether I should add extra set to the smaller side.

Any feed back would be great, at this issue has been bothering me for some time.

    Thanks

I'm sure it's not as bad as you think but you have already answered your question. Using Dumbbells will be the best solution. Keep the weight equal on both sides and if you do any single body part exercises always start with the weaker side and equal the reps with the stronger side.

Yep, your just gonna have to give this some time. I had the same problem with my arms. My right was stronger, but looked smaller. Even though it was bigger, than my left. So my right was bigger and stronger but looked smaller because my left was cutting faster during my cut period. HAted it lol.
