    Default Biggest dumbbell curl?

I got an email through one of my other websites today from a guy asking who has the biggest dumbbell curl? I can remember reading this somewhere but for the life of me I cannot find the site.

Anyone know the site, or what is the biggest dumbbell curl?

Found this old message, but think you might of been refering to Kazmaier's cheat curl record (440 lbs),

You're the only one who can answer that

Personally, I dont give a **** who can lift what (unless youre competing in bench press comps or somethin), it's all about what effect the lifting has on your muscle development.

My max on dumbbell bicep curls (I use a preacher bench to eliminate cheating) is 85lbs for my right arm and 70-75lbs for my left arm (I think my left bicep is strained). Since you were asking about dumbbell bicep curl record, I hope that is close.

I really doubt it's close but on a side note, I think this might be the oldest thread I've ever seen brought back...

    Really!?
Side effects may include; weight gain, increased appetite, increased sex appeal, huge arms, massive strength, XXL t-shirts, self confidence, low fat diet, sexy pectorals, sheer ballsiness, and penile growth. If muscle growth persists for more then four hours, consult a mirror.

Threads don't just die or float off into space. They are still here. There is this amazing magical thing called a search button. Actually there is TWO of them. When they are used you can search through these old threads. You would be amazed and astonished at all the useful information and knowledge that you can acquire by using these search buttons.80% of the questions asked on a daily basis could be answered by using these search buttons.

I like that search button, the only problem I have though is when I have a question about a particular exercise it brings me to the videos D:

We getting a tad bit off topic, sorry.
Franko if you use the lower search button, the one in the blue bar above, it will only search threads.
