    Default Legs shaking during workout

    When i work my legs about halfway into the workout my legs begin to shake when i do an exercise, any ideas?

    Keep working them, happens to me EVERY time.

    If you can even walk properly after doing squats and leg press, you ain't doin them hard enough Keep up the good work.

    Yes shaking does happen when your muscles fatigue and you continue to push them. The muscle is grabbing and releasing rapidly straining to do its job. Make sure you are taking a protein shake and some sugar after lifting to help repair your muscles and replace your fuel.

    Yeah nothin to worry about. Just your muscles gettin some serious work. Like others have said make sure you are doing what you need to do to make sure that they are recovering!

    Just in the future, sometimes you'll also notice peoples arms getting very wobbly when they're doing bench press for the first time with a decent weight.

    Yeah it's pretty normal. After squats and leg presses I do calf raises all the way up the stairs and walking back down is a killer my legs shake it feels like they are going to give out lol.
