Hi, I've long suffered from headaches... both sinus and migraine. I recently started taking creatine. I've noticed that I feel a lot stronger in the gym. At the same time, I've also noticed that my headaches seem to be a bit worse. Does anyone out there know if creatine can cause migraine or other types of headaches or make them worse? If so, why? Oh, and fyi, I have at least 8 glasses of water a day.
