Just eat enough to make up for the calories that you burn and it should be fine.

so basically the only pupose it serves when bulking is building stamina because if your just eating the extra calories your burning your not losing fat, right? or wrong?

Yes thats correct, it allows you to improve your current work rate and capacity.

As long as your cardio does not:
    1. Compromise your heavy lifting
    2. Compromise calories.
    Then by all means.

Just make sure you do it at an appropriate intensity and duration, so that the above preconditions are met.

you say it will improve my current work rate and capacity, what exactly does that mean? my stamina is already better than average, if i cut cardio out of my routine, will it diminish? iv'e only got 5 weeks left on my bulk routine and i want maximum gains before i cut so after learnig this i think i'm going to cut down considerable until i'm done bulking, i'm already at 12% body fat i just don't want that to go up if i stop my cardio

You can't stop your BF from going up.. The best thing you can do is eat clean and eat enough.

Ask any experienced trainer, most will suggest you do cardio in a bulking phase ( reasonable cardio ) .
As the others have said just keep the calories up and you will build muscle.
    Consistency is the key
